Wow, it's been 5 whole years!

Wow, my blog is still kickin! Wah lao, it's been 5 whole years since my last post! Time flies when you're building a business, which is why I haven't been racing as actively since 2017. But fear not, my running shoes are still laced up and I'm hitting the pavement 3-4 days a week. If you're one of my Garmin or Strava buddies, you'll know that I'm still more committed to running than most people. And I've never missed my bread and butter race - Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon.

In the past few years, I haven't been training much for races due to the pandemic and all the hiccups. However, I'm excited to be back in action again. I just signed up for the Standard Charted half marathon, and this time, I'm committed to training seriously. Let's hope my dedication lasts longer than a few weeks, hahahahaha... But don't worry, I opted for the half marathon instead of the full as I want to build up slowly so I don't burn out too quickly. Once I start, I know I'll go all out, so I want to make sure I'm in it for the long haul.

And, to top it off, I've decided to resume my once-a-year overseas race routine. But, let's not get too crazy here, I'm not signing up for 20 races a year like I used to.
